Steven Chng joined the Singapore Armed Forces as a Commissioned Officer in 2000. He has held various appointment in the Republic of Singapore Air Force and Singapore Armed Forces both locally and overseas.
He joined Horus I (Private Limited) in 2010 as a Company Director. Since then, the company has grew to a company size of 200 employees and expanded into
Thailand and Malaysia.
During the period, Horus I (Private Limited) has been awarded Golden Circle Best Employer 2023 – 2024, Alexander Henson Security Agency of the Year (Boutique) 2023, Best Security Agencies (Retail) 2023 – 2024, Best Security Agencies (Close Protection) 2022 – 2024, Best Security Agencies (Event Management) 2022 – 2024.

Francis Chng joined the police force in 1995 which he posted to Bedok Police Station (‘G’ Division) and Police Security Command for Close Protection of our Cabinet Ministers and Foreign Delegates and Dignities till 2001.
After which he joined Singapore Post as Superintendent for loss prevention (2001 -2003), Merrill Lynch as APR Control Room Manager (Outsource 2003 – 2007) and Vita Holdings as Security Director (2007 – 2009) before the formation of Horus I (Private Limited) in 2009.
Since the formation of Horus I (Private Limited), he have handled security assignments from various Multi-National Companies (MNCs).
William Tjen Lingwee

William joined the Singapore Police Force in 1998, and have experience as an Investigations Officer (Violent Crime Squad), and Police Security Command for Close Protection of our Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong and Lee Hsien Loong and Foreign Delegates and Dignities till 2005.
After which he joined Merrill Lynch Investment Bank as a Security Supervisor (2005-2006), JP Morgan Chase Bank as an APAC Security Supervisor (2006-2007), Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi as Security and Risk Manager (2007-2010), Verizon (Singapore) as Security Manager – South Asia (2010-2014), Facebook (Singapore) as a Regional Security Manager, APAC (2014-2015), Operations Director for Horus I Consultancy and Management Sdn Bhd in 2022.
